My passion is to build a culture of teamwork in Guatemala. BalamBe’s workshops and team coaching have positively transformed over 150 local and international teams, empowered more than 15,000 participants and influenced more than 60,000 people. Our clients are small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, public services workers, local and international NGOs, as well as educators and schools.

I am a facilitator and optimist by nature, serial entrepreneur and business administrator by profession, and team coach by decision.
