Certificate Reiki Master is also a counseling, working with, youth and grown-ups. As CEO of Carmona’s Training and Psychological Services he has developed and implemented programs for business, community based initiatives, government and education entities.

He has led more than 500 sessions on topics such as emotional management, problem solving, leadership, attitude modification, motivation, communication, decision-making, conflict management, learning skills, suicide prevention, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, caring for the brain damage, resilience development and other clinical issues.

Empowerment the Key to Success,  aims to prepare the participant  in recognizing their strengths, weaknesses, assets, goals, values, so this will allow greater empowerment of his whole being, and thus can comply the demands of personal and professional environment.
